Warranty & Return Policy:
We provide exchange service for defective item. Product must be in original condition with all the original accessories. Upon receiving defective item, we will either fix it or ship you a replacement. Warranty 30 days from 4ucam Inc., 90 days warranty from the factory.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges when returning any items.
Items returned for a refund that are not defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the purchase price.
