Listed here is a Tiffany Studios Grapevine Desk Calendar frame of bronze and green slag glass.
Bronze open work leaf design meanders over variegated green glass that outlines art opening of this frame. Beaded edge in bronze outline exterior and interior edge of the frame.
Frame is 6" by 4.25" with an art opening of 3.25" by 2.25". Frame has an easel back and pocket to store calendar pages. Tiffany Studios New York 941 is impressed on the back.
This frame dates from late 19th century. The bronze has an appropriately aged patina. I find what may be a crack in the glass visible in upper right corner from the back. However, this may be a scratch or where glass was pieced together. Glass feels solid. Hardware in easel is in good, functional condition. Bronze is intact without dings or missing beads.
