This auction is for an Olympus PT-EP06 Underwater Housing for OM-D E-M5 Cameras. It includes a lens port with Lens cover for traveling. This unit is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and was tested for water tightness to a depth of about 8 feet. Any buyer should also "test it before they trust it," and we are offering a 3 Day Money Back Guaranty to give the buyer time to do so. The Olympus PT-EP06 Underwater Housing For E-PM1 Digital Camera is the same as the PT-EP06L, but without the LED focusing lights. Designed for the E-PM1 digital camera, the lightweight polycarbonate housing has a built-in lens port and features mechanical controls with a depth rating of 147.6' (45 m). A tight primary O-ring seal with safety lock ensures that the housing stays watertight to safeguard your valuable camera. Benefit from a large, responsive shutter button and precision zoom lever to aid you in your underwater image and video capture.
The housing accepts select optional wide-angle and macro conversion lenses. It's compatible with all Olympus mFT 14-42mm lenses and the M. ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 9-18mm f/4-5.6. These lenses require the zoom gear PPZR-EP02 (not included). The housing is also compatible with the following external lenses that screw into the threaded port: The PTMC-01 Macro Conversion Lens #200975 for extreme close-up photography, and the PTWC-01 Wide Angle Conversion Lens #200973, for getting close to your subject while still fitting everything in frame -- thus cutting down on distortion for clearer, more accurate images (lenses not included). Both of these lenses require the PMLA-EP01 adapter for use on the housing. For replacing some of the colors that tend to get lost underwater and thus restoring color vibrancy and fidelity to your images, the optional PTMC-01 Macro Conversion Lens accepts optional 67mm external color correction filters.
In order to help you better illuminate your subject, the housing comes with both a flash window mask, to block the built-in flash from causing backscatter in your images, and dual fiber-optic cable adapters, for attaching optional strobes via optional cables.
